Delivery of equipment
The first batch of process equipment for Hydrocracking unit was supplied:
- сondensate stripping column K-101 and stripper column K-02;
- fractionating column K-03;
- hot low pressure separator С-03.
The Orsknefteorgsintez site final assembly for columns K-02 and K-03 was completed with volume heat treatment at site.
Columns of pos. K-101, K-02, and also the separator pos. S-03 were made of clad plates of «PETROSTALPROKAT TM» Ltd.
The start-up of the hydrocracking unit is planned in 2018.
In May 2017, the first pretreatment reactor for pos. R-01 was delivered to Customer. The reactor was made of Cr-Mo-V steel with thickness of 140 mm with stainless steel cladding with a thickness of 5 mm.
At the end of this month it is planned to supply the second hydrocracking reactor pos. R-02.
At the moment this reactor was manufactured and is waiting for shipment to Customer.
The reactors are made on the basic project of the licensor.
