Filter-coalescer of associated petroleum gas FC-124
Filter-coalescer associated petroleum gas is designed to prevent the ingress of mechanical impurities (corrosion products, scale, trash) and liquid (water and hydrocarbon condensate) in membrane gas separation unit.
The device is installed in a block box of membrane gas separation units.
To simplify assembling in limited space conditions of the box and at decrease of overall dimensions, the coalescing elements were applied with developed surface of the filtration. These elements provide high throughput and dirt-holding capacity.
The product is dispatched in fully assembled state with a set of spare filter elements, flanges, fasteners and heat insulation.
One of the requirements of the customer was to manufacture the device in a short period of time. The product has been manufactured during 65 working days after the approval of design documentation.
The filter has passed two stages of acceptance, namely, JSC «EC «Technohim» Quality Control and Technical Control Department of the Customer.
