The production technology of filter elements was acquired from german company with 40 years of experience and one of the leading positions in the world practice of gas filtration.
Localization of technology:
- mechanical filtration of gaseous environments;
- coalescing gas / liquid filter elements.
A distinctive feature of the filter elements is 100% input control of all materials used, methods for calculating the flow of gas through the coalescing layer and higher performance filter cartridges.
Thus, for a certain performance, a significantly smaller number of filter elements is required, which allows the customer to use more compact and less expensive units.
The production park of JSC «EC «Technohim» allows the manufacture of filter elements of various types, including mesh filter elements for filtering gas and liquid environments.
Service JSC «EC «Technohim» includes:
- design of filtration equipment;
- development of design documentation for internal devices;
- calculation and selection of the type of filter elements using special calculation programs;
- manufacture and supply of filter elements;
- supervision and commissioning.
