Series TechSLIT
Cartridge-type elements intended for the filtration of liquid media and having a welded structure made of profiled wire.
Depending on the design of the apparatus, the design of the filter element can take into account the direction of flow from outside to inside and from inside to outside.
The main advantage of the slotted filtering surface is the formation of an additional all-out layer of mechanical impurities during the filtration process. This is due to the fact that the particles to be filtered come into contact with the sharp edges of the V-shaped profile only at two points, creating a “Bridge” over separate parts of the slit.
Filter cartridges made of profiled wire have an exceptional ability to regenerate by reverse flow and, accordingly, long service life.
TechSLIT filtering elements can be manufactured with different sizes depending on the task and technical parameters of operation, micron rating up to 7 microns.
