              The main advantage of the CoaLINE filter element is a large layer of borosilicate fiberglass with controlled winding density.

              The outer cotton cover serves as a drain for the co-celled liquid. Fiberglass, which is the coalescing part of the filter element with variable density, wraps around an additional core.

              To prevent migration of the filtering layer, supporting layers are used, which exclude additional contamination of the environment being filtered.

              CoaLINE series coalescing type filter elements are designed for use in all gas processing processes as part of fine filters, filter separators and filter coalescers with the goal of highly efficient separation of liquids from gases and removal of small particles of condensed moisture and mechanical inclusions that cannot be removed using cyclones, louver package or eliminator devices:

              • fuel gas filtration;
              • filtration of process gas, including in gas treatment units;
              • filtration of hydrocarbon and hydrogen-containing gas;
              • factory air and instrumental gas;
              • ventilation systems.

              Solved technological problems:

              • coalescing gases at the stage of compression, removing drops of oil, water and solid particles from the gas stream being cleaned;
              • gas filtration in natural gas processing systems;
              • protection of adsorption and compressor equipment from the negative effects of moisture;
              • protection of gas drying systems and protection of the catalyst layer;
              • stage of preparation for UGS;
              • stages of gas transportation, etc.

              Type TH-CL


              Series of coalescer cartridges developed for the release the condensate from wet gas, with simultaneous removal of solid particles. The cartridge is capable to coalesce the critical flow of oil mist to sub-micron level to remove the liquid (up to 500 ppm).


              Type TH-CL(S)


              A simplified version of the standard TH-CL series coalescing cartridge, designed to separate liquid particles from gases. It is the most economical solution for filtering a gas stream with a low moisture concentration and mechanical impurities.


              Type TH-CL(B)


              A series of coalescing cartridges with a corrugated coalescing layer designed to separate condensate from wet gases. Designed specifically for applications where an increased filtering surface is required, thanks to which the filter element has low flow resistance and is ideal for working in a system with low overpressure.


              Type TH-CML


              Coalescing cartridge, ideal for applications where high efficiency of removal of liquid and solid particles from wet gases is required. The integrated pre-filtration layer effectively removes solid particles. This significantly increases the service life of the filter element.


              Type TH-COL


              Coalescing cartridges with three-stage generation to remove fine oil mist, condensate and solids from wet gases.
