Petroleum centrifugal pumps of types ТКА, НКВ, НК

Centrifugal pumps for oil type and pump units on their base are designed for pumping oil, liquefied petroleum gas and oil products density of no more than 1800 kg/m³ .

The pumped liquid must not contain suspended solid particles with a size of more than 0.2 mm, the Mass fraction of solid particles in the liquid should not exceed 0.2%.

The temperature of the pumping fluid ranges from -80^oС up to +400^oС.

Viscosity is from 0,7x10^-4m²/s up to 8,5x10^-4m²/s.

The pumps are manufactured in climatic design У, T, УХЛ categories 2, 3 and 4 GOST 15150.

The pumps are designed to work outdoors and in areas where conditions may cause the formation of explosive mixtures of flammable gases or vapours with air-related categories IIA, IIB according to GOST R 51330.11 and explosion hazard groups T1, T2, T3, T4 GOST 51330.5.

Pumps for steel welded frames are designed to work in areas of seismic activity which does not exceed 8 points on the Richter scale and 7 points for pumps installed on cast-iron plates.

Pumps and pump units on their base are certified to ISO 13709: 2009.

The pumps are equipped with SKF bearings, or at the customer's request, FAG, Nanchi.

Pump units are equipped with explosion-proof motor performance 1ExdllBT (1ExdllBT5), with a network frequency of 50 Hz, n=3000 rev/min and voltage 380, 660, 6000 and 10000V and are welded frames or cast foundation plates.

To transfer torque from the motor to the shaft of the pump used disk clutch.
