Evaporators are designed for environments in evaporation processes petroleum, chemical, petrochemical, gas and other industries and are manufactured according to specifications
Evaporators type INT, IKT made the following versions:
- vertical with the liquid, gaseous, steam-gas or vapor-liquid heat carrier;
- vertical with the steam heat carrier.
IPT type evaporators are made:
- horizontal, length of heat exchanger tubes l = 3000 mm,
- horizontal, length of heat exchanger tubes l = 6000 mm.
In the evaporator heat exchanger tubes used smooth (G).
Evaporators can be used under macro-regions with temperate and tropical climates. Climatic modification «U» и «Т», category of a product 1 according to GOST 15150.
Evaporators are designed for installation in geographic areas with seismicity to 7 points in the Russian Federation adopted on 12-point scale.
On request of the customer it is allowed:
- installing additional fittings 80 mm diameter D=80mm, but not more than 0,1 D, where D - diameter of the device;
- take a reduced diameter of one or more fittings;
- installed in devices such as INT, IЛT bump at the bottom instead of the top nozzle;
- increasing the distance between the baffles in the tube bundle, but not more than 1000 mm, with appropriate modification slice septa;
- sealing surface of body flanges and nozzle flanges is executed as «tongue-groove» with the pressure PN of not more than 4.0 MPa;
- pipes are arranged in tube sheets by means of seal welding with expansion;
- do not install parts for fixing insulation;
- install on horizontal devices the hinged device for suspension of covers for devices with a diameter of casing 1000, 1200 mm — on pressure no more than 4,0 MPa.
